Cindy Susienka is President and CEO of Golden Innovations, based in Delafield, Wisconsin. Subsidiaries of Golden Innovations operate a full range of comprehensive health care service businesses, including Aegis Therapies, Aegis Acute Rehab, AseraCare Hospice and Home Health, and 360 Healthcare Staffing.

Prior to the formation of Golden Innovations following the March 2006 merger of Beverly Enterprises, Inc. with a subsidiary of Pearl Senior Care, LLC, Ms. Susienka served as Executive Vice President of Beverly Enterprises and Chief Operating Officer of Aegis Therapies and AseraCare Hospice and Home Health. She was the first female Executive Vice President of Beverly Enterprises in the history of the company. Ms. Susienka previously held the positions of Senior Vice President of Beverly Enterprises, President of Aegis Therapies and President of AseraCare Hospice and Home Health.

Ms. Susienka earned a Master of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree — both in communicative disorders — from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was awarded Marquette’s College of Health Sciences Distinguished Alumna in Speech Pathology and Audiology Award in 2002.

She also serves on the Board of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance. In October of 2008, Ms. Susienka started a one-year term as the President of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL).
